The Associate Marketing Product Manager will be responsible for providing essential reporting that drives sales enablement. You will perform critical marketing tasks including project oversight, competitive reporting field communications, vendor support and campaign monitoring. In this position you will have the ability to directly impact the growth and success of the business.

The Associate Marketing Product Manager has an opportunity to become well versed in distributed products and drive the ongoing development and strategies to support revenue growth. You will manage and cultivate vendor relationships to support product placement, pricing, and co-op advertising. You will assist in the creation of product catalogs, literature and online marketing campaigns that support business objectives. You will help develop training materials and lead some training programs.

As an Associate Marketing Product Manager, you will support the generation and analysis of regular performance reports, to assure progress and goal achievement. You will use integrated marketing techniques to aid in the launch of new products and manage existing offerings. You will gain solid knowledge of AliMed products and applications to support the Product Management team. You will also assist in trade show, conference and meeting preparations and attend relevant programs as needed.

Requirements

  • Execute cross-functional promotional tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Perform ongoing competitive analysis to inform product marketing strategies
  • Demonstrate a strong capacity to report and analyze sales and customer data on both a regular and ad hoc basis to satisfy business needs
  • Track program expenses, monitor category budget and communicate regular updates to the team

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in marketing, communications or related field required, Work experience in Medical supplies/device preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in related field; open to fresh Bachelor degree graduates
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (MS Power BI a plus)
  • Ability to operate both independently and as a team player
  • Ability to problem solve and think creatively
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritization to deliver on a variety of business commitments
  • Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
  • Contribute positively to team culture
